1. Where we deliver

We deliver across Hyderabad. At checkout we accept Hyderabad pincodes from 500001 to 500110. If your area cannot be served, we will tell you on WhatsApp before confirming.

2. Delivery times

Each day's batch is cooked from orders placed before 2:00 PM IST. Deliveries run in the slots shown at checkout, up to 2:00 AM. Your slot is final once we confirm it on WhatsApp.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are as per location and are shared with you on WhatsApp before your order is confirmed.

4. Payment

No online payment is collected on this website. Payment details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

5. Problems with your order

If something is wrong with your order, please message us on WhatsApp at +91 90635 11319 or email support@hyderabadiflavours.com as soon as possible, with your name and order details. We will review each case and reply to you directly.
